Nice and gritty, the rapping was a bit off putting, idk if it was the flow or just the guy's voice. Kick is kinda buried in the drop, sounds like your sub is fucking with the kick. The synths sound a bit cheap imo, you could do much better. The mix is the only genuine bad part about it besides the synths. I hate being so bluntly harsh about it too, but I'd give it like 4-5 months before you get to the point where you'd be material for a big label.

Your drums definitely need some work, they're very stagnant and the loop has very little variation.

You have without a doubt some talent with writing. However, I think you should be experementing with your mixes, and do a bit more of panning imo. Also, have something to fill out the "empty space" in your songs. Like in the one you called "Reunion", a pad, or just a sample maybe rain or something would lift the song a bit, and make sound more complete.
I dunno which vst you use for the strings, but they sound a bit dry and midi. Maybe put a bit more reverb on it!

id suggest experimenting in the syncopation area. fuck around with different drum patterns, maybe look at jazzy shit as a reference.
in general just try to surprise your listener a little bit. throw in some change ups, drop out sound in favor of other sounds at your discretion, stuff like that.
the only problem is that the tracks just feel a little soul-less if youll allow me to use some unfriendly sounding language, but its the truth.
all you need to do is just do some wacky shit with it, play with it, save a second copy of the file and go nuts on that copy. there will be some bad sounds, but you dont need to keep those.
maybe more sub bass too, idk. some tracks feel a little empty because they dont have a ton of low end.
overall the sounds you are picking sound good, the tone and general thematics are interesting, its just the patterns and structure of the song are a little flat.
