I've listened to a lot of Red House Painters and that one Clarissa's Wierd album that's posted here a lot, but I wanna get more into the that kind of stuff

Yeah, I've listened to Frigid Stars before and though it was kinda meh.

Love this shit too. Haven't been able to find anything I like as much as RHP but Carissa's Wierd and Arab Strap are both great. Alcoholic Faith Mission is pretty good from what I've listened to from them too. And a few of Smog's albums are considered slowcore I think, and are pretty good.
