This album would be good if they got rid of the radio appeal pop songs like Rape Me and actually committed to the noise rock stuff.
Pretty lame to have an ironic track called "radio friendly unit shifter" while at the same time actually having radio friendly unit shifters on the album.

Cobain was a pop songwriter and the fact that you see this as a weakness shows that you don't get it. The whole reason Nirvana was so great was because of how flawlessly he was able to incorporate elements of confrontational, niche, underground music into straightforward guitar pop.
