also the source image is grainy as a motherfucker. it's even more noticeable seeing the vinyl in person. The album wasn't originally going to be released on vinyl so it may not have been intended to be blown up so much. the original image is from a national geographic two-page, (you can see the magazine crease right down the middle of the album cover, right on the tip of the girl's elbow for instance) so not very big.
