So, I remember just a little bit about it, but I can not for the life of me find the album. If I remember correctly, the cover was red and I'm pretty sure it had people fighting on it. I remember that the title of the band pertained to a historical ship or vessel (I believe it was Greek.) People also commented about how the band was pretty nativist (which doesn't really slim the choices down much.) It was a death metal band.

I've been going through some Canadian ones because I live here and I don't get assraped by exchange/shipping if I decide to buy stuff. Tour de Garde is cool and also Sepulchral who does a lot of the "Metal Noir Quebecois" kind of stuff (Forteresse, Monarque, etc.)
Profound Lore is here too but they press a lot of hipster junk and don't sell much that isn't their own label. Some great bands there though.
Hells Headbangers has a gigantic catalog of varying quality too; it's pretty fun to browse through.

Because if you have a really nice record player (and extremely expensive one you probably dropped at least a grand or two on) it sounds objectively exactly the same as a CD except for imperfections introduced by the vinyl itself (hiss, popping and crackling, etc.)
Sure it's a different "experience" in the sense that it's physically different, but honestly your album stopping 3 times and waiting for you to flip it or replace the disc before it finishes (because a lot of modern metal records are DLPs) isn't exactly a better experience
