Blackplayer is pretty goat desu, it's free and they don't lock up most of the cool features for the paid version
The info panel could be improved and expanded and the VU meters both show the same channel because for whatever reason separate ones don't work.
The most crucial reason I'm using foobar is the waveform seekbar addon. It's so useful that it should be standard for all players by now.

I actually figure this out myself
I clicked on the panel on the left with the libraries and playlists, selected "edit view" and the on the top chose an option called "simple album"
I guess you have to add this option to this panel this way to make it available
