Write a Poppy rock riff on the guitar. Layer 30 tracks of the same guitar playing the riff and then run it through a phaser. Halfway through the song have the bass pick up and be super pushed and fuzzy. Then shit out some beatles esque sounding vocals about how she doesn't listen to you or about how you are just a fool for not listening.
