i only get it in my left ear but the ringing gets super loud when it happens

I only have occasional ringing, could happen a few times a day to once a month. It correlates to how much I abuse my ears. Recently got nice earplugs so I don't do any real lasting damage when doing loud shit. Don't damage your ears.

>No, I only get it very occasionally and that's only when there's absolute silence. Wear earplugs to shows, kids, it's worth it.
