It's honestly okay that Dave will never make anything as good as he did from 1986-1992 because he wrote 3 GOAT metal albums including the pinnacle of thrash

Absolutely wrong. The contrarian choice is definitely pic related. Still a good album though.
Peace sells is fast, dirty, abrasive and at the same time classy, with aggressive but bluesy riffs and amazing solos. It gave thrash metal a new definition. Also, unlike Killing is my business, the production isn't that of a fucking cheese grater.

which is why rust in peace still fits that position better then peace sells, which is still an amazing album by the way.

6-7 /10 but not as replayable as some of his other stuff before Super Collider.
Still pretty good though, definitely deserves a listen through because some of the riffs are pretty good
