After watching some videos, it mostly does. Axl is a little weak on a few songs where he tries to sing clean like Sweet Child for example (which came right after Coma tbf, which fucks his voice in that last verse). On some though he sounds just like the old days:

saw axl a couple years ago - went on stage on time and sounded great.
saw slash twice. hated his shitty singer, but he himself is surprisingly able to carry the show as the guitarist - he has alot of charisma even by himself - and always impressive to see him play
