This album makes me somehow happy in a way not a lot of stuff does.

I recommend Good News For People Who Love Bad News by Modest Mouse.
Dinosaur Jr should be worth looking into. Not quite the same melodies that BTS/MM have but if you like those, chances are you'll enjoy Dinosaur Jr.
