loved the smiths since I watched bikubesong, a play thats partly about a man obsessed with the smiths, at the theatre when I was 11. they had a cover band play the smiths live almost throughout.
my mom bought me a couple of records on the way home and I played them forever.
when I was really little I even liked the theme song to that shitty witch show "charmed", and catching up with that tune is partly why I loved that play so much, I think.
