It is pretty sad if she did get away with it. She seems like a shit person, Kurt seemed depressive but generally decent dude. If anything the worst part was that it made it seem like he couldn't push through it for his daughter. If Courtney Love killed him, she is doubly shit because she left that legacy for their kid of a father that abandoned her.
