If you take out Studen Demonstration time, and put (Wouldn't It Be Nice To) Live Again in its place, Surfs Up becomes one of the most meta pop albums of all time

>songs about ecological preservation, the american dream (which the Beach Boys themselves shaped the image of) and death

Surfs Up should have been regarded as a landmark album , deffinitely deserved to have had more of an impact
