So, the caged pillows was about being able to wake up from "The Dream World", and see what the world is really like. Kinda like Plato's allegory of the cave. I think we are to assume that the "Caged Pillows" are the people who haven't waked up yet (Caged for being trapped, and pillows for the dream. Being trapped in the dream) So, what they are saying is that this LP/Album will allow us to see the world as it truly are? That is atleast what I get from it.

Well, I would say the bbaggregation twitter account links pretty well to them. And also the reference to the caged pillows, which they also helped create. I would agree that it would seem fishy, if thirdworlds wasn't down. I have a hard time imagining that someone would have all of this planned for when it went down. And also one of those websites (which said death grips in the tab note) said that their new single would be released 9am tomorrow, and it was at 9am sacramento time that the website went down. Don't think it is fake.
