i found it quite grating. Every two seconds he describes what everybody is wearing and what brand it is etc but he does it for everything everybody owns. I know it's the point and i understand why it's written that way but it's still fucking annoying to read. By the end you realize you've just read a 400 page description of some rich people and a whole lot of nothing happening.
