Also fly by night is at least high tier, and counterparts is mid-tier

Also signals had subdivisions, which should boost it into low tier

Only good song from Signals is The Analog Kid. The rest felt like synth gimmicks, Subdivisions included, or trying to imitate The Police. Not a fan of synth era Rush in general, but I felt their synth heavy style writing improved with Power Windows and Hold Your Fire (Grace Under Pressure felt lighter on the synths in general)
God tier: A farewell to kings, moving pictures, hemispheres, 2112
Great tier: clockwork angles, power windows, grace under pressure, permanent waves
Good tier: Fly by night, signals, counter parts, rush
Meh tier: everything else
