90s pop music is by far the worst. there's a pretty equal amount of shit music in all decades across all genres though

The '70s were atrocious. Glam rock, the beginnings of hair metal, disco and teen idols. There hasn't been a worse decade since, although 2010-present is shaping up to be pretty close.
