His verses (only) on the first track and Angels, maybe Summer Friends are the only good things about this album. All Night is decent. He could've done much better though.
He worships Kanye, who was great in his early years, but he is legitimately crazy now. Acid Rap came out the same time as Yeezus. As far instrumentals, production, and lyricism, Acid Rap trumps Yeezus. If anything, Kanye ruined Chance.
