There is no tangible difference between 320kbps MP3 and FLAC to anyone who doesn't own studio equipment, and even then it's only a minor difference

The problem isn't with FLAC, it's that if you're publicly torrenting FLAC files it's almost certainly just an MP3 file made to look like FLAC. You have to look elsewhere for real quality.
