What exactly is it that makes this album a 'psychedelic' classic?
I just can't hear it. Not for the life of me. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but there's not a single sustained note, no reverb, no delay, no vibrato guitar licks, no organs or even anything resembling or coming close to sounding like a psychedelic experience.
Is it just me, or is there some kind of weird need to label everything put out in the late sixties as psychedelic?

Anything experimental in the 60s gets labeled psychedelic for some reason
>drug-influenced paranoid lyrics
>rooted in folk
>~exotic~ flavors like the horn part in the opener
