Depends on what you're looking for. Kollaps is a lot closer to old school Industrial and the first wave of Industrial Ambient (see: Lustmord - A Document Of Early Accoustic & Tactical Experimentation). It's their darkest release and, even though the sound is barebones, the thing is lousy with textures and dynamics. Halber Mensch is for people who need a bit more structure in their music, and it's closer to industrial rock (noise rock, even), without abandoning their droning, pounding, menacing rhythmical and timbric repetition which is what made their early albums so great.
