Please hear me out. I am anxious, depressed, and very tired. What kind of music could I listen to so I can ease my mind? All recommendations are welcomed. The music will not be played very loudly.

When I'm depressed I find it best to listen to ambient music since it's not necessarily depressing, but it also doesn't feel artificially happy. It's also easy to listen to and doesn't feel tiring.
