Anyone who thinks Cardiacs are a meme probably doesn't understand their music.
"Sing To God" IS a masterpiece; "The Seaside", "A Little Man And A House..." and "Heaven Born And Ever Bright" are just as wonderful.
I discovered Cardiacs at the ridiculous age of 35. I thought I'd seen and heard everything, but was immediately blown away by their compositional genius. Now I own every CD they ever put out (except that Spratleys Japs CD-single, missed it) and they're officially my favorite "rock band".
