It's been overhyped here but it IS a good album. And Weezer post-Green doesn't suck, just Make Believe through Raditude were awful. I would still put Maladroit and EWBAITE above White though.

To be fair it's pretty distinct from EWBAITE. But yeah it's not really any better than that album and it's still the same general Weezer sound. White has more of a summer/beach vibe and some piano driven songs though.
