Rhythmically this not bad, even though all of it is 4 4 time sig for about 10 straight minutes. Binary form. 4 bar phrases.
The guitarist has no idea what he is doing harmonically, and suffers the fate of many guitarists, playing by shapes on the fretboard, rather than a knowledge of tonality. His right hand is essentially just another drumming appendage grooving in 4 4 like the actual drummer. The bass is pretty good since bassists require knowledge about structure, harmony, and rhythm of entire song. He even kicks the band into a triplet feel! Finally! But even this can be thought of a hypermeter in 12 4. (just 4 groupings of triplets) so its still 4 4. And since he is the only true harmonic instrument in this trio, he can pick whatever notes he wants...which are not many. He rides on tonic, subdominant, and dominant. sometimes submediant. Occasional chromatic decending runs to tonic...
Literally 4 to the bar and musclememory music...anybody can do this
