It's perfect in every way. A beautiful mix of psychedelia, prog, and symphonic rock. Begins and ends with a brief monologue by drummer Graeme Edge, narrated by keyboardist Mike Pinder. The concept is a recount of an average day in the life of a regular working man, from dawn to night. The band collaborated with an amazing symphonic orchestra conducted by Peter Knight, which helps to smoothly transition between tracks, as well as providing an overture of what is to come at the beginning.
Days of Future Passed is a beautiful album that I believe everybody needs to hear at least once in their life.
