The most underrated french house of all time. This is the one dance album that comes close to discovery for me.

If you want to get into more french house, Super Discount is a good starting point. For albums similar to discovery in concept, Cross is really the only thing that comes to mind.

While I'd recommend songs from both Junior Senior & Rokysopp I don't think they have any albums that overall feel similar to Discovery, just a handful of great songs.
As a huge Daft Punk fan, I've been in love with http://twrp.bandcamp.com/album/the-device-ep since I heard about it from a buddy who saw these guys preforming on the street, imagine if Daft Punk & Van Halen had some strange musical collaboration and it'd be something close to this.

Also check out Luomo - Volcacity. A bit more minimalist than Discovery but still worth your time.
