Gabriel's pop albums had some experimentation with world music, which worked out greatly. Phil Collins actually did some of that stuff in Face Value where the music tackles a bunch of different genres, but he ended up going on a safer route with his pop on the following albums.

are any of his songs better than Solsbury Hill? I can't get through any of his albums because I'd always rather be listening to Solsbury Hill
