If you want Japanese new wave, definitely try out Jun Togawa if you haven't already. Also if you like Aunt Sally you'll probably enjoy Phew's s/t. And I can't recommend P-Model highly enough, you'll probably like them a lot, especially since you like Devo.

half string and sciflyer are really good, similar to south pacific, drop nineteens is nice shoegaze, kinda emo, you might like it
nijiumu is really experimental and weird, you'd probably like it if you enjoy any avant gard/drone/minimal stuff
check out the Halica album as well, and Bark Psychosis, and probably Long Fin Killie if you like Bark Psychosis
