I mean, I don't blame him. He seems to be very concerned about quality and is probably salty about ponyo.
Also, is Neil like actually autistic or something? Like doesn't he have some type of genetic disorder? Two of his kids have cerebral palsy and another has seizures like him, so there is probably something screwy in his genetics.
