There are a few songs on each album that I like, but they just aren't as strong as KC's earlier material. Islands is okay - I didn't find it that memorable.

I would say yes it's worth listening to, doesn't mean you'll like it.

Beat and 3 of a perfect pair are both very fun albums. Totally worth a listen.

Islands is good, but it's one of the ITCOTCK-lite albums they did. Everything from ITCOTCK to Discipline is worth listening to. I'd recommend Three Of A Perfect Pair and The Power To Believe as well, but you should probably check out all of them to see if you enjoy any of the others. I have no idea what you'll like.
