Drones was legitimately one of the most disappointingly awful albums I've ever heard. If it were mediocre, I could've fucking dealt with that but it was just so terrible. They couldn't have made it worse if they tried.
Funny thing is, ever since 2nd Law dropped I was quietly praying that they wouldn't pull the same shit and then Bellamy goes full tin-foil lunatic.
At least the cover art makes me laugh.

Not a big fan of the second half of the album, but up to Citizen Erased it's amazing.
