ive never gotten this consensus. ct are my favorite band and aside from treasure i dont like their pre bbk works that much. its just very different sounds that appeal to different types of people, but they didnt get worse..
i really wish i could have heard a follow up to milk. for me, they ended at their peak.

it's the kind of affecting music that should just hit you without understanding why. it wouldn't be Cocteau Twins if the music's impact was in any way understandable. it's mystery stuff.
