Astral Weeks was released in November 1968, not 1967
1977, of course
I like 2010 a lot
MBDTF, Archandroid, This is Happening, Contra
I listen to all of those albums regularly
The first half of the 00s was the worst moment in music, now i know it for sure.
All the old trends i was into in my golden youth were gone into the worst mutation possible : Ebm went Future Pop - Shoegaze disappeared - Post-punk disappeard - Industrial went Nine Inch Nails - Darkwave disappeared - Gothic went worse than the 90s, sad but true - The Ambient trend faded away (which was the best thing out of the 90s imho) into silly hybrids - Postrock had something nice to say in his own autistic way but the best things were in the 90s (with some exceptions) and Electronica went ... INTELLIGENT so i thought its spirit was forever lost.
The peak was reached when indie met warp : Radiohead's two indietronic albums.
