I saw that too and I'm not sure if the drums on that song are just really simple or if it is Annie just can't do it well. She's said in the past she could play drums to a certain extent but anything over 100 bpm she just gets lost.
In any case she's had other people or a drum machine play drums on her albums so it doesn't matter much. And that's not her main instrument anyway.
