hey guys, i love a lot of what you guys recommend here. I need some good music for when i go to the gym, and was wondering if some music could be suggested. I was looking for songs to pump me up, like some electro music or hard rock and metal. anything would be great, thanks to all.

Hatred for Mankind by Dragged into Sunlight is very good for lifting, especially the song Buried with Leeches. The Satanist by Behemoth is great too. If that's too heavy for you I suggest Frail Words Collapse by As I Lay Dying, a metalcore album.

Fear Factory, Godflesh, Ministry, Sterilizer.
But many muscle dudes like to listen to beatdown post-hardcore cause the breakdowns make them feel tough.
Rise of the Northstar is as good as beatdown gets.
