Does anyone here listen to Crust Punk?
What are your thoughts and opinions?
It's alright. There aren't any "great" crust bands that I can tell of.
When I go to local shows with amateur punk, crust punk, and black metal bands, usually black metal > crust punk > punk.
I think they need to stop bringing dogs to shows.

Crust punks and hardcore kids discovering black metal and watering down its sound and aesthetic with their shitty influence has been one of the more regrettable trends in late 2000s/2010s underground rock music.

Except the style existed long before Norwegian Black Metal existed andnit even coexisted with the First Wave. Several bands had nothing to do with Metal subculture.

I feel like the hardcore scene in general has gone to absolute shit because all of these faggots who used to blast shit like Enter Shikari, Attack Attack, and Skylit Drive, and think Warped Tour was the epitome of underground music or some shit are spilling over into the subculture and watering it down with their trash metalcore influenced bullshit with whiny, self-indulgent middle american suburban white kid lyricism. It's annoying. Especially when they do the hardcore dancing bullshit. They need to fucking die.

None of those bands are "Crust" but that's one sick line up. Wish I was out that way. I'd certainly would kill to get into this show. Great bands. Highly recommended.
