3 looks like an MP3 at 320 kbps, and number 4 looks like one at 0v. So I'd say #3 is the best.

4 cuts high frequency information strategically to save space it looks like. That's why I say not 4.

I mean, theoretically lossless 44.1khz would have information up to 22.05khz, but you have high pass filters and stuff I guess that can take those out.
