I really like the idea of vaporwave but I don't like the lo fi filter. I really liked Blank Banshee 0, is there any other "clean" vaporwave that doesn't sound like it's running off a VHS?
It's a good example of how the internet, and by internet i mean the LCM of it, the general public, will always ruin anything without hesitation by mocking one specific point of it until the meaning of beating a dead horse is achieved (lol slowed down diana ross XD). A lot of people write off vaporwave as some weird shitty meme but I see it as a celebration as what the internet was in the 1980-1990's. It was like some vast unknown world where anything was possible and everything was open to everyone. I don't know though, maybe I'm just romanticizing it.
