No, that's probably his worst album as Aphex Twin. His best is Drukqs.
Drukqs is his most interesting with some of the best of his different styles, but it's also his most inconsistent with easily the most fluff.
Being a cunt and only having listened to his non-ambient (Aphex Twin) albums all the way through, I think you'll find this is the correct ranking:

Richard is one of my favorite artists of all time, and he has done several masterpieces, but he's not great at making albums. He just compiles a bunch of different tracks, with varying quality and little to none relation to each other.

Varying quality sure, but Drukqs actually has some wonderful sequencing in this regard, particularly
Btoum-roumada -> Lornaderek -> QKThr
and makes it all more personal. I'd say Druqks and SAW II have the most vivid character out of his albums.

They were never officially titled because they were never officially released. I think 1 or 2 tracks made it onto other albums and named but the others are blank.

I've never seen those titles before except Fingerbib and Logon. Idk how they named them, it's like SAW II, technically they were untitled but named after the pictures that came with them.
