That's a fairly diverse selection of works.

For Chopin try Faure or Field's nocturnes (field invented the nocturne) or Rachmaninov's Preludes

For Bach try his orchestral suites too (with the famous 'Air'), Avison's, Corelli's and Handel's concerto grosso, a well as Handel's water and firework music

For chamber music try Shostakovich, Dvorak, Franck, Mozart quintets, Mendelssohn's Octet. You'll probably like Mozart's Clarinet Concerto as well.
