It's really nice. The first track is my favorite, it has this beautiful melody with playful mbiras and a lovely female voice. The instrument interplay on all of it is pretty great, some of the best I've heard in this realm. Worth checking out.

It is an unique album mostly driven by its focus on percusion with lots of peculiar instrumentations. If you're slightly into south america music, you gotta check this out. Just hear this sample that starts at 30:05 (song is called Cego Aderaldo (Aderaldo, The Blind)

Bashung's stuff varied pretty widely. He has more chamber sounding stuff, bluesy rock, and some cool coldwave and synth stuff like the one in my (OP) collage. He's a classic in the whole chanson genre.
