Why hasn't his legacy been cemented by the general hip-hop community? Every rapper in the game holds him in "awe", they literally refer to him as "your favorite rapper's favorite rapper" but leave it at that.
i don't follow 'face terribly closely, but i've always thought he was talented.

Not to detract from his legacy but the SUC and Scarface are in different leagues, not to mention the fact Screw was a DJ/producer not an MC so their legacy and influence are different in this case.
