I honestly don't know much else like those bands. Most slowcore bands that I listen to tend to be on the other side of the spectrum from Giles Corey and Codeine (I absolutely love Codeine though). You might like Lowercase though

what've you listened to by can? Tago Mago is probably their coolest if you've never heard it, Future Days is a lot more straightforward but has some chill groovy stuff nonetheless. don't ignore the first couple records with Malcolm Mooney either.
