If your area has a record store just go digging through the $1 bin. There is usually a lot of great records that are inexpensive due to how many of them are in circulation. For example, I got In the Court of the Crimson King in my local $1 bin. It's probably the most excited I have ever been buying a record. If not just check amazon or discogs. I don't know your musical tastes so I can't really rec anything.
