Almost all of Kanyes features have had their best verse on his album. Rick Ross, Nicki, Chance, Jay Z, Kid Cudi, and more. Most are normally mediocre but gave great verse on his albums. Almost all of DOOM's guest verses are hot garbage.

I don't really see how people can say Madvillainy is the best of anything really. It sounds so bland. The instrumentals are literally loops with little to no pogression. Yet mbdtf(which I wouldn't say is THAT good) is hated by the same people who praise this bland album.

Are you saying that this is okay or not the case. If the latter I'd say Raid is a good example. If the former I would say that the point of music is to sound good, if it is too repetitive it grows stale faster for me. You can say you listen for the lyrics but I would rather read a book or poem at that point.
