everyone is just being a jackass, so ill try and help. did you spraypaint the whole thing? if you negated to remove the jack then there may be paint in the way of the metal, prohibiting there from being an actual connection via an instrument cable. additionally, im fairly sure everyone in here is just memeing about the pickup thing, but im not entirely sure.

Spray painting the pickups wouldn't kill the signal entirely. They're still magnets and a little paint wouldn't kill the magnetic field. Check your input jack.

Why would you paint over the jack, pickguard, and pickups, but not the knobs, strap pegs, and bridge? It also looks like you went through the effort of removing the neck. Your decision making process here is questionable at best.
Do you know how pickups work? Think it through. How might paint interfere with them?
If you already bought new pickups then you have time to paint the neck. The rosewood/maple combo really doesn't match the primer-black motif.

I understand that when it comes to aesthetics the devil's in the details, but the same can be said of functionality. I've never seen anyone trade function for form in such a literal way before.

Making fun aside, you should be able to fix it. Paint is fucking up either the jack or the selector switch.
If it's the jack then you should be able to fix it with a bit of solvent. Remove the jackplate and plug a cable into the jack. Use a multimeter to see if signal is flowing from the wiring on the jack to the other end of the cable. If the connection is bad then clean the jack with solvent.
If the connection is fine then something is up with the switch. I don't think they can be disassembled so it would probably need to be replaced. Should only cost you a few dollars, assuming you won't burn down the house with a soldering iron.
