Neither he nor his music is patrician
He made good albums but he hasn't put out anything even half decent since he got on Matador. How can you just let a producer take away all the things that made your music unique? People listened for the production, his voice falls flat in high fidelity and his lyrics and really that good. Pick up a fucking keyboard too, Ending of Dramamine was the best thing he ever put out.
