i feel pretty neutral towards this album. "tram #7" is a cute song, and it seems like the type of album i would like, but overall it was very underwhelming. a lot of the songs would probably work better if he had a stronger voice. i like "maple leaves" too because it has a lot of energy. a lot of songs on here are devoid of that liveliness and the 'sad' parts of this album (like "if you need a stranger...") are not very compelling to me. not bad, but just not great.

Amazing. I absolutely loved the way he plays guitar and adored the mix of influences he presented with this. While I listened to the album, I felt like I was embarking on some sort of mystical journey. I'm glad I finally got around to listening to Fahey because of this. Co advances.
jimmy jazz: Alameda 3 - Późne królestwo
This was an interesting album. The switching from style to style was pretty nice, the energy and noise in some songs was good and it managed to stay consistent. However, this didn't leave much of an impact on me as FFV did so jimmy jazz does not advance.

I hate to say it but I did not enjoy this album that much. It was definitely a good album but fuck I was expecting better. I personally found it a bit too
monotonous and overly grandiose. I don't think it's bad though. It definitely has its moments. I really liked DeJohnette's drumming, Jarrett's piano had its moments and Peacock's bass was pretty solid. Maybe it's just because I came in expecting an album on the level of the Koln Concert but this did not reach that. I know, I plebbed up.
Minor Threat - Complete Discography
Now this is also a pretty repetitive album because that is the nature of a genre that is built around only using 3 chords. However, this album is fun energetic shit and brings back some good and bad memories from when I got into Minor Threat. When I was younger the only songs from them that I knew were the big ones like Straight Edge, Out of Step, the list goes on and they were honestly the songs I liked best. I have to say, a part of why this won is because of how much times I listened to those songs when I was younger so I'M FISH advances.

Good ambient album. It's nothing spectacular but does a fine job at being ambient and shit. Part 4 is the best part of the album with those sweet vocals and synths. 3.5/5.
